Changing an order

Once an order has been placed by the customer and accepted by the company, if the customer wishes cancel or vary the order they shall be liable for any costs of manufacture incurred by the company at that point in time.

Returns

As many of our products are made to order and arrive assembled, they usually cannot be returned from change of mind. However in some circumstances where it may be possible to return, Aurora Office Furniture reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee. Please be aware that refunds and exchanges are made at the sole discretion of Aurora Office Furniture. Custom-made items are non-returnable, this includes all furniture in non-standard colours or sizes or chairs upholstered in non-stocked fabrics.

Warranty

We provide all products with a warranty of 1-10 years (depending what is specified) from the date of delivery. These Warranties do not cover such things as wear and tear, neglect, loss or damage from fire, smoke, sunlight, weathering, fabric wear, theft or accidental damage. If a product is delivered damaged the customer must notify the company in writing to admin@auroraoffice.com.au and send photos through of any damage before and action is taken. The company will not replace whole products when replaceable components are damaged. If an item is found faulty, we will replace it free of charge.

Delivery information

We operate deliveries using our own truck included trusted courier companies to ensure we always can provide the most cost effective and quality service. It is our policy to make sure that a responsible person will be able to sign for the goods on delivery or after installation.

Customers are to ensure there is someone available to meet the driver. Customers to ensure that a valid contact phone number is supplied in the quote stage.

It is an expectation that our clients will help us with all possible information regarding the delivery e.g. how many flights of stairs; lift access; loading docks; parking details; opening hours; site contact details if not the same person placing the order; site details etc.
