Project Overview

Aurora Office Furniture partnered with Vectiq Pty Ltd to deliver a complete office furniture solution for their new Barton workspace. The brief was to create a flexible, modern environment that supports productivity and collaboration while aligning with Vectiq’s brand and operational needs.


Our Approach

Working closely with Vectiq’s team, Aurora translated the brief into a cohesive, spec-ready package. We coordinated furniture selections, power and softwiring, and ergonomic standards to ensure each zone—workstations, meeting rooms, breakout, executive, and outdoor—was functional from day one. Procurement, delivery, and installation were sequenced to minimise disruption and maintain quality control.


The Solution

Aurora supplied and installed a fully integrated fit-out, including:

  • Workstations: Ultra Sit-Stand Desks with Euro Above-Desk Wrap Screens for ergonomic, height-adjustable setups.
  • Power & Cabling: Link Softwiring Kits with cable baskets, umbilicals, GPO outlets, and interconnecting leads for neat, safe cable management.
  • Seating: Yuno Task Chairs (black fabric, adjustable arms, lumbar) for day-long comfort.
  • Meeting Spaces: Delta Meeting Tables with Polo Chairs (light grey) and a Nivea D-Ended Meeting Table with integrated power and Express Spring Arms for tech-ready rooms.
  • Storage: Express Tambour Cupboards with Planter Boxes, RP Metal Mobile Pedestals, and Express Melamine Lockers for secure personal storage.
  • Executive: Cabrio Executive Chairs, Express Spring Arms, and Ultra Sit-Stand Corner Desks.
  • Breakout & Reception: Civic Modular Lounges, Alpine 3-Seater Lounge, Lucid Tub Chairs, completed with Astro and Niko Coffee Tables.
  • Collaboration: Delta Bar Tables with Aero Bar Stools for casual huddles.
  • Outdoor: Doga Outdoor Chairs and Nardi Outdoor Tables for functional outdoor meetings.
  • Tools for Teams: Whiteboards and Acoustic Wall Tiles to support communication and reduce noise.

Outcome

The result is a versatile, efficient workspace that balances comfort and design. Vectiq’s teams benefit from ergonomic workpoints, tidy power integration, and well-zoned areas for meetings, focus work, and informal collaboration—all delivered end-to-end by Aurora’s project team.
