As Managing Director, my role centers on understanding the challenges faced by our target markets and crafting innovative strategies to improve our clients’ experience at every stage of their journey. I also love solving clients’ problems and excel in this area. 

How do you help solve customer problems?

Having been in the office furniture industry for 20+ years, with 8 of those years spent installing furniture in large projects, I have experience across all elements involved in office furniture, including offshore and onshore sourcing, the ins and outs of furniture customisation from CNCs to upholstery, project management, and the importance of adhering to deadlines for the ultimate client experience. I understand the elements that come together to create a quality product, the application of furniture and soft wiring into a project, and working with various trades in a project. I can draw on my deep experience to solve any issues for clients. I have an eye for quality products and will not provide a substandard product to our clients. I love helping to ease clients’ pressures and concerns around deadlines and enjoy delivering a furniture package on time, as I understand the importance of this. I love hearing feedback that our products are of high quality and offer value to the client due to their longevity. 

How do you give customers an excellent experience?

Delivering an excellent customer experience is at the heart of my approach. I understand the importance of timely project delivery and the impact it has on our clients’ success. By staying actively involved in every aspect of our operations and maintaining open communication across all departments, I ensure that any concerns are addressed immediately. I take pride in hearing positive feedback from clients about the quality, durability, and value of our furniture, as well as the professionalism and efficiency of our service. My ultimate goal is to consistently exceed expectations, leaving clients confident in their decision to partner with us.
